From November 28th to December 1st, 2018, the International Association for Railway History hosts its eighth international conference in Budapest. Titled Railways in the First World War, the 3-day academic conference culminates with a roundtable discussion to which our own Dávid Ligeti has been invited. The other participants (representing the great powers / countries that fought in the Great War) are Susanne Kill (Germany), Anthony Heywood (Russia), Chris Phillips (Great Britain) and Marie-Noëlle Polino (France).
