As part of the GULAG Memorial Year

On the occasion of the memorial year commemorating Hungarian political prisoners and forced laborers deported to the Soviet Union, a traveling exhibition titled Hungarians in the Camps of the Soviet Union – 1944-1956 has opened. The next stop will be in Dunaszerdahely (Dunajská Streda, SK).

Guests will be welcomed by: László A. Szabó, Deputy Mayor of Dunaszerdahely, and Krisztina Csibi, Director of the Hungarian House

The exhibition will be opened by: Attila Simon (Forum Minority Research Institute and János Selye University)

The exhibition will be introduced by: Endre Marinovich (VERITAS)

Location: The Csaplár Benedek Municipal Cultural Center, Bartók Béla Boardwalk 788/1, Dunaszerdahely (Dunajska Streda, SK)
