On the occasion of the Gulag Memorial Year, the Pásztortűz Association is organizing a conference in Kiskunhalas on October 21st, 2016. At 4 PM, prior to the start of the conference, a commemorative plaque inauguration will be held at the local train station to honor the memory of the Hungarian POW’s and forced laborers deported to the Soviet Union.

The History of the Kiskunhalas Transit Camp – István Végső, historian (Pásztortűz Association).
