At 5 PM on October 19th, 2016, at the Blaskovich Museum in Tápiószele, a roundtable discussion / commemoration will be held to remember the events that took place in the Tápió region during the time of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. The participants include Csilla Móró-Gócsá, historian and Director of the Blaskovich Museum; Csaba Németh, history teacher, local historian and representative on the Tápiógyörgye local government council; and László Anka, historian, research fellow at the VERITAS Research Institute for History and Deputy Mayor of Tápiószecső. The moderator of the discussion will be Mihály Terék, President of the Friends of the Blaskovich Museum group.
