The Hungarian Heritage and Europe Association organizes its September awards ceremony at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
Director of the VERITAS Research Institute for History Sándor Szakály honors Count István Tisza (Prime Minister of Hungary during WWI, pictured at right, among his men) for his national service and martyrdom.

Szélkiáltó Együttes – for artistic performance of poetry recital
Celesztin Lőrinc – for inspiring Hungarian patriotic feeling among the Moldavian Csángó people
Jenő Kamuti – for his laudatory sports and medical career
Péter Kolár – for promoting diverse cultural and theater endeavors
Erzsébet Pogány – for community service
Magyarok Kenyere Mozgalom – for exemplary service in the interests of national unification
