On the occasion of the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of the Juhász Gyula Faculty of Education at the University of Szeged, the Virtual Institute for Research on Central Europe organizes a conference titled Regional-Historical, Political and Historical Geographic Research: Romania, Transylvania, Partium, Banat, Szeklerland, Bessarabia, Romanian Old Kingdom and Galicia: Fate of Historical Regions from the Era of the Dual Monarchy to Today. Our own László Orosz has been invited to speak. His lecture is titled Survival Strategy: Transylvanian Saxons in Greater Romania.
