For the forty-seventh time, the Local History Association hosts its National Academy for Local Historical Knowledge (Országos Honismereti Akadémia), the largest local history forum in the Carpathian Basin. This year the theme (and title) of the forum is The Role of the Nobility in Hungary. Our colleague András Joó has been invited to speak. His lecture is entitled Three Political Portraits from the Horthy Era: Kánya, Bánffy and Kállay
