The Section of Philosophy and Historical Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences organizes a 2-day conference entitled Controversial Questions of the Horthy Era. On the first day, VERITAS Head of Institute / Subject Team Leader Gábor Ujváry gives the first lecture in the “Education and Culture” section. On the second day, VERITAS Director Sándor Szakály moderates a panel discussion entitled Last Satellite or Reluctant Ally? Hungary in WWII. The participants are VERITAS Senior Research Fellow András Joó, Andrea Pető and Norbert Számvéber.
