The 21st National Historian and Museologist Conference and Continuing Education Program, entitled The Treaty of Trianon and its Consequences, takes place in Sátoraljaújhely. Mayor Péter Szamosvölgyi and President of the Association of Hungarian Museum Historians László Horváth give welcoming remarks. Our colleague Gábor Ujváry has been invited to speak. His lecture, which opens the conference, is entitled “The weapons of science are more powerful than any real firearm…”: The Treaty of Trianon and Hungarian Cultural Policy.
