VERITAS Research Institute for History and Archives

29 June 2016

The members of a national historical research panel recently held a meeting at the Nagykőrös Mayor’s Office. After Dr. Sára Nyíkos, Municipal Clerk, said a few opening words, she asked Dr. Dávid Kiss, Research Fellow at the VERITAS Research Institute for History, to accept the position of president of the expert panel, which he happily did. The two other individuals rounding out the expert panel were Margit Karsay, Nagykőrös’ highly respected retired teacher, and Dr. Judit Tóth, Head Archivist at the National Archives of Hungary.

Following the introductions, the panel met behind closed doors to assess the grant entries, the results of which will remain under lock and key until the awards ceremony.

The VERITAS Research Institute for History would like to recognize and thank all of the grant participants.
